Shops price by weight. Add your pet's weight once and every service, room and daycare place shows the right price for them before you book.
Weighs differently at drop-off? The shop sends you a weigh-in update in the app. Approve it, or decline and the booking is cancelled under the usual cancellation rules — the shop can't change the price on its own.

Save a refund bank account once and every refund you're owed goes straight to it — usually within minutes.
Changes need your OK
Shops can't add to your booking themselves. They send a proposal with the reason and price — you approve, keep the original, or cancel.
Shop can't open?
You're told straight away and choose a new time the shop offers, or a full refund. Do nothing and you're refunded automatically.
Reviews you can trust
Only customers who completed a booking can rate it — once per booking. Ratings can't be edited or bought.

How do I book?
Open a shop from Home or the map, or browse by category. Pick a service, room or daycare place, choose your pet and a time, then tap Book now. Pay in the app and your booking is confirmed the moment the payment goes through.
How do I pay, and when am I charged?
You pay in the app when you confirm, with FPX online banking or a supported e-wallet, on a secure page from our payment provider. You're charged once, at confirmation — there's nothing to pay at the shop for what you booked.
Can I cancel and get my money back?
Yes, in full, if you cancel within 20 minutes of paying, or while the booking is still at least 24 hours away. Closer to the time, contact the shop — they can still cancel and refund you.
How long does a refund take?
Usually minutes, once you've saved a refund bank account under Me → Payments & refunds. Every refund you're owed is sent to it automatically.
What are the drop-off and pickup codes?
Your booking shows a drop-off code — give it at the counter and the shop checks your pet in. When you collect, the shop reads you a pickup code that you enter in the app to confirm the handover.
Why can't I book some shops?
Shops marked "Not on Pawget yet" are in our directory so you can find and call them, but they haven't joined yet. Booking opens as soon as the owner claims their shop.
Do I have to share my location?
No. Location only sorts shops by distance and centres the map. You can type a town, area or shop name instead.
